Job summary

Brandon and Clark Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Lubbock, TX, to act as the operational hub for the Outside Sales team.

You will support Account Executives by coordinating opportunities from inquiry to quotation, order execution and follow-up, while ensuring timely communication and data integrity across CRM and ERP systems. Responsibilities include coordinating quotations, tracking customer requests, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sales processes across multiple departments (sales, service, purchasing, operations, accounting).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator and operational hub for assigned Account Executives.
• Coordinate quotations with Inside Sales, Operations and Purchasing; follow up on opportunities.
• Track customer requests and communicate order status, delivery schedules and service updates.
• Coordinate internal communication across departments to ensure requests reach the right teams.
• Assist Account Executives with scheduling, follow-up and administrative support.
• Maintain complete customer accounts and documentation within CRM and ERP.
