Job summary

Brandon & Clark, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as the operational hub for our Outside Sales team in Lubbock.

You will support Account Executives from inquiry to order, coordinating quotes, orders, and follow-ups while ensuring timely customer communication. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Service and Accounting to maintain data integrity, drive customer satisfaction, and promote process excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service, sales support, inside sales or operations coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong computer proficiency; experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator and operational hub for assigned Account Executives, managing customer opportunities from inquiry through completion.
• Coordinate quotations with Inside Sales, Operations and Purchasing, and proactively follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Track customer requests and communicate order status, delivery schedules and service updates to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate internal communication across departments so customer requests reach the appropriate teams.
• Assist Account Executives with scheduling, follow-up and administrative support to maximize their customer-facing time.
• Maintain complete, accurate customer accounts and documentation within CRM and ERP systems.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service and consistent communication throughout every project.
• Assist with issue resolution and elevate concerns when appropriate. Follow established SOPs and support data accuracy and reporting initiatives.
