Job summary

Brandon & Clark, Inc. is hiring a Sales Coordinator in Lubbock, TX to serve as the operational hub for the Outside Sales team.

You will support Account Executives, coordinate quotes, track orders, and ensure timely communication across Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing and Operations. The role requires 3+ years in customer service or sales support, strong communication and organization, and experience with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of customer service, sales support, inside sales or operations coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • Customer-focused mindset with accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary coordinator and operational hub for assigned Account Executives, managing customer opportunities from inquiry through completion.
  • Coordinate quotations with Inside Sales, Operations and Purchasing, and proactively follow up on outstanding opportunities.
  • Track customer requests and communicate order status, delivery schedules and service updates to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate internal communication across departments so customer requests reach the appropriate teams.
  • Assist Account Executives with scheduling, follow-up and administrative support to maximize their customer-facing time.
  • Maintain complete, accurate customer accounts and documentation within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Provide responsive, professional customer service and consistent communication throughout every project.
  • Assist with issue resolution and elevate concerns when appropriate.
  • Follow established Standard Operating Procedures and support data accuracy and reporting initiatives.
  • Work closely with Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Service Operations, Purchasing, Accounting and Shipping & Receiving to meet customer expectations.
  • Communicate delays, risks and important updates proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support the development of SOPs, workflows and new technology.
