Job summary

You'll handle calls, emails, payments, and collaborate with credit, billing, shipping, and purchasing to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and strong communication, with a full-time schedule Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and Windows-based computer systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer and outside sales calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Communicate daily with customers through phone, email, and other business correspondence.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Accept customer payments and assist with preparing daily deposit reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments including credit, billing, shipping, purchasing, and outside sales to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with product information, order updates, and general account support.
• Maintain organized customer records and documentation.
• Support additional office and customer service functions as needed.
