Vervic Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator in Decatur, AL. You will connect customers with sales, production, warehouse, quality, and accounting to ensure orders flow from PO to production, shipment, and invoicing.

• Proactively identifying potential delays or concerns and helping coordinate solutions.

• Supporting billing accuracy, pricing updates, credits, rebates, and related documentation.
• Coordinating customer audits, onsite visits, and follow-up items.
• Following up with appropriate team members to help ensure customer commitments are met.

In this important role, you’ll serve as a key connection between our customers, sales team, production, warehouse, quality department, and accounting team. You’ll help ensure customer orders move smoothly from purchase order through production, shipment, and invoicing.

What You’ll Do
