A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Bid / Proposal Coordinator to manage the RFP/RFI process from receipt through submission.
You will work closely with Enterprise Sales, Pricing, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are organized, accurate, and delivered on time. The role demands exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers.

The Sales Operations Bid / Proposal Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting Pyle’s growth by managing the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) process from receipt through submission. Working closely with Enterprise Sales, Pricing, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams, this position serves as the central coordinator for bid activity, ensuring proposals are organized, accurate, and submitted on time.
This role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external customers. The ideal candidate enjoys coordinating complex projects, improving processes, and helping sales teams compete for new business opportunities.
