Position Summary
As a Sales Operations Manager for Pyle, you will work closely with Sales leadership and support the Sales organization by optimizing processes, managing data integrity and analysis, representing sales on the CRM committee, enabling strategic growth initiatives, and improving cross‑functional workflows between sales, marketing, customer service, and pricing. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and experienced in managing systems and processes that drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously refine sales processes to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and forecasting accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, pipeline metrics, and team performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leadership to set sales targets, quotas, and incentive plans that align with company goals.
- Standardize best practices across territories and teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose automation or workflow improvements.
- Assist with territory optimization and account assignment functions.
- Conduct pipeline analysis, forecasting, and territory performance reviews to support strategic decision‑making.
- Work with BI and data teams to develop and manage customer and performance reporting, dashboards, and forecasting.
- Assist with customer‑facing reporting and presentation needs.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic decision‑making and board‑level reporting.
- Assist with design and administration of the Sales compensation program.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrator, BI, Technology, and Sales leadership to streamline sales activities and ensure accurate data across platforms.
- Assist with onboarding new representatives and continuous learning on Sales tools, technology, and processes.
- Drive adoption of digital sales tools, automation, and analytics platforms.
- Manage and optimize Sales and Pricing workflows related to RFI, RFP, and bid management.
- Liaise between Sales, Operations, Pricing, Technology, and Customer Service teams to support successful customer onboarding.
- Administer the Customer Executive Sponsorship Program, coordinating alignment between senior executives and strategic customer accounts to strengthen relationships and retention.
- Administer and coordinate a President’s Club Program, including criteria development, communications, logistics, and recognition events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and data hygiene practices.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Process‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with sales compensation design and modeling.
- Track record of implementing process improvements that enhance sales efficiency.
- Familiarity with transportation/logistics services.
- Ability to coach and lead team members.
