Construction Resources is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Sales team in coordinating projects, managing client communications, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. The role offers exposure to sales operations and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or sales support, with strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., examples here if applicable).
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Managers with day-to-day project coordination, administrative tasks, and client communication.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare and update project documentation, presentations, and sales materials.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Support proposal development, quotes, and contract preparation as needed.
• Manage data entry and updates in CRM systems to ensure accuracy.
• Provide follow-up on client requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing agendas.
