Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the Sales team and streamline project execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with coordination, documentation, and client communications while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–3 years in project coordination or sales support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Managers with day-to-day project coordination, administrative tasks, and client communication.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Support proposal development, quotes, and contract preparation as needed.
  • Manage data entry and updates in CRM systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide follow-up on client requests and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing agendas.

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to support our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow their career in project management and sales operations. The Associate Project Manager will serve as the right hand to our Sales team, ensuring that projects, client requests, and internal processes run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales Managers with day-to-day project coordination, administrative tasks, and client communication.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., examples here if applicable).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
