A Successful Sales & Operations Assistant Will:
Provide basic customer service and respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Support the sales team by entering orders, updating customer records, and assisting with general sign product sales.
Manage shipping and receiving, including tracking, logging, and verifying deliveries.
Reconcile daily transactions and assist with payment posting and basic accounts receivable follow-up.
Monitor and restock office, shipping, and janitorial supplies as needed.
Organize the shared email inbox and route messages appropriately.
Maintain a clean and organized front office and work area.
Communicate effectively between store locations and departments regarding deliveries and updates.
Participate in daily WIP meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
Ideal Qualifications for Sales & Operations Assistant:
1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles (retail or signage industry experience a plus)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Google Suite and basic computer applications; experience with Corebridge or similar CRM/order systems a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
High school diploma or equivalent
