Responsibilities of a Sales & Operations Assistant:
  • Provide basic customer service and respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Support the sales team by entering orders, updating customer records, and assisting with sign product sales.
  • Manage shipping and receiving, including tracking, logging, and verifying deliveries.
  • Reconcile daily transactions and assist with payment posting and accounts receivable follow-up.
  • Monitor and restock office, shipping, and janitorial supplies.
  • Organize the shared email inbox and route messages appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office and work area.
  • Communicate effectively between store locations and departments regarding deliveries and updates.
  • Participate in daily WIP meetings and follow up on assigned tasks.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles (retail or signage industry experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and basic computer applications; experience with Corebridge or similar CRM/order systems a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent
