Role & responsibilities
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the Sales Operations Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
- Monitor and track office attendance, maintaining records and addressing disciplinary issues as needed.
- Support sales operations by tracking performance metrics and ensuring data accuracy.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit sales reports and documentation.
- Maintain and organize sales-related records for easy access and compliance.
- Validate and process expense claims, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal sales reviews.
- Assist in coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for sales team members when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive sales information with discretion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
- Attend to visiting clients in accordance with the company's guest reception protocol.
- Present the company profile to clients as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in business administration or customer service is a plus.
- Years of experience in handling forex CRM systems will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales operations support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Previous experience in sales administration, operations, or related fields is a plus.
