Job summary

New World Medical, a mission-driven ophthalmic device company, seeks a Sales Operations Associate to support Sales, Marketing and Customer Service with analytics, reporting and CRM optimization. You will develop dashboards, analyze performance, forecast, and coordinate with IT and finance to improve efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, data analytics, information systems or related field.
Experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or CRM administration.
Experience with Salesforce required; proficiency in BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring sales reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Analyze sales performance, pricing, contracts, territory alignment, and trends.
Support forecasting, quota development, and compensation analysis.
Administer and optimize CRM and related business systems with data integrity.
Provide training and ongoing support for CRM and sales technology users.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT to support initiatives and launches.
Improve processes and reporting methodologies through automation and data-driven solutions.
