Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales support, operations, account management support, or client services experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel, reporting, data validation, and analysis skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Sales Operations resource supporting AMs and CSMs across all clients; no portfolio ownership or direct client responsibility.
• Administer win/loss records for items such as but not limited to; cancellations, frequency and schedule changes, scope/modification.
• Assist Account Managers in maintaining work order language, scopes of work, client specifications, and operational records.
• Help ensure all account information remains accurate, current, and audit-ready across all clients.
• Provide operational support to Account Managers for account changes, implementations, and transitions.
• Develop and distribute operational reporting, account scorecards, and client dashboards in support of Account Managers.
• Analyze operational metrics, trends, surveys, audits, penalties, and performance data.
• Prepare executive summaries, SBR materials, QBR presentations, and client review documentation.
• Utilize AI tools, Power BI, CRM systems, and analytics resources to deliver actionable business insights.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across client accounts and share them with Account Managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and service delivery.
