Wolcott Water Systems, a family-owned company in the COMO area, seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to empower our sales team by delivering organized support, expert IT system usage, and accurate data reporting. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales support, comfort with business software, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in sales support, sales operations, customer service, or a similar role.
• Ability to attain mastery of IT applications (Accounting, Inventory/Operations Management) to support teammates.
• Intense focus on being customers’ best option within a fun workspace.

Responsibilities

• Complement our sales team’s creative genius with your organization
• Respond to customer inquiries in support of remote and traveling sales team members
• Support creation of presentations, proposals, supply agreements, etc.
• Build and deliver regular reports on pipeline, sales activity, inventory availability, and customer trends
• Maintain our customer database and monthly email campaigns
• Pitch in where the need is consistent with our devotion to excellence
• Support day-to-day IT needs such as devices, accounts, and software support, escalating to 3rd IT party when needed.
