Job summary

Upstate Niagara Cooperative, proudly owned by 200+ local family farms, processes and markets dairy products across trusted brands. The Sales Operations Specialist I supports the sales team, reseller channels, and distributor partners to drive relationship execution and a seamless sales experience.

This in-office role focuses on data management for proposals and opportunities, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• College degree or diploma preferred, or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and SAP.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage on-time reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
• Support bid management and submission processes.
• Track customer orders, prices, and production statuses.
• Assist with RFIs/RFQs and pricing requests.
• Collaborate with Customer Relations to manage inventory issues.
