You will partner with Sales, Pricing, Supply Chain, Product Management and Customer Service to ensure pricing accuracy and strong forecast visibility. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across functions to drive excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in sales ops, pricing, contract administration, customer support, supply chain, or related analytical function.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer quote creation, maintenance, implementation and renewal with pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with Pricing to execute price loads, maintain pricing files and support annual updates.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies, rebates, and other customer escalations.
• Support daily Contract Channel operations by monitoring system exceptions and resolving order issues.
• Coordinate new product introductions, transitions and updates for pricing and quoting accuracy.
• Collaborate with National/Builder Account Managers to analyze trends and support demand forecasting.
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics and insights to support decision-making.
