Job summary

OVHcloud US is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to enhance our sales processes, partner with key stakeholders, and ensure accurate Salesforce data for reporting and commissions. You will support revenue forecasting, deal desk activities, and cross-functional process improvements.

You will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Finance to streamline operations, improve revenue recognition, and drive OVHcloud revenue growth across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and data usage for reporting.
• Experience with billing systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, IT, and Finance to develop and maintain reporting requirements.
• Ensure revenue recognition and forecasting data is accurate and timely.
• Manage Salesforce data quality and reporting readiness for commissions and leadership review.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns and provide operational insights.
• Lead pipeline forecasting processes, including inputs, tracking, and validation.
• Analyze forecasts vs. actuals and prepare variance reports.
