Job summary

Safran DSI’s Optronics unit in Bedford, NH, seeks an FP&A Analyst to drive forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial support. You’ll deliver monthly ROFOs, dashboards, and management reports, partnering with internal stakeholders and our external parent company to ensure data alignment and timely insights.

The role requires 3+ years in FP&A or finance, with ERP experience and a solid accounting background.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a finance/FP&A role within an ITAR/compliance environment.
• Experience with large ERP systems and financial planning processes.
• Accounting background with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Experience with DoD federal contractor environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly rolling forecasts (ROFO) and reporting for Orders, Revenue, Gross Margin, EBIT, Inventory, and Cash.
• Prepare and distribute forecast dashboards and var analyses; consolidate with external parent company.
• Manage annual budgeting and Medium Term Plan (4 years) with cross-functional input and data alignment.
• Support MBM meetings with senior leadership and develop concise, polished slide decks.
• Assist with pricing and cost‑savings initiatives and drive continuous improvement in forecasting tools.
