Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–4 years in sales analytics or similar analytical roles.
• Strong Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• CRM/ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, order activity, distributor inventory, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support planning and decision-making.
• Monitor quotas, distributor performance, and inventory activity across territories and product lines.
• Segment and analyze data by product, customer type, geography, and other metrics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership, including quarterly business reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities and areas needing attention across the business.
• Help maintain data accuracy across CRM, ERP, and reporting systems.
• Support market share reporting, order tracking, and other sales operations activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and BI capabilities.
