Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Commercial Excellence team. This on-site role in Canonsburg, PA focuses on keeping the CRM accurate, driving pipeline visibility, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership.

The position emphasizes dashboard development, KPI tracking, and collaboration across Sales and other functions. A Bachelor's in a related field and strong Excel/HubSpot experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Interest in commercial processes, sales operations, and business performance.
• Proficiency in Excel; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day governance of the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze the commercial pipeline and track key sales metrics across regions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports for leadership and forecasting.
• Coordinate operational cadences, pipeline reviews, and forecast updates.
