Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Government-focused customer engagement professional to work onsite with U.S. government clients. You will meet end users, understand critical questions, and identify features through direct problem framing and workflows.

Collaborating with Forward Deployed Engineers, you will integrate enhancements, teach users, and drive adoption. Travel up to 50% is required, with US work authorization considerations noted for sensitive projects.

Qualifications

Former operators deeply respected by their communities.
Deep understanding of Government customers.
Active U.S. security clearance.
Ability to travel 50% or more.
U.S. work authorization may apply.
U.S. Citizenship may be required for certain project assignments involving security clearance.

Responsibilities

Go onsite and meet with end users to understand critical questions and biggest pain points.
Identify relevant features through deep engagement with customer problems and workflows.
Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate features in a stable and extensible way.
Embed with Engineering and Product teams to incorporate field insights into Code Metal product offerings
Build bespoke workflows for new user groups with customers
Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and achieves operational impact
Become customers' trusted teammate, drive adoption, and keep customers happy
Build and deliver demos to new and existing customers
Scope potential engagements with new customer groups, advocates, growth opportunities, and potential fallout funds
Deploy software against urgent problems faced by Government customers
Synthesize customer problems, product needs, user motivations, impact opportunities, and similar use cases

Requirements
