This is a fully and permanently remote work from home opportunity with a growing and stable company available in select states across the US: AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, TX, UT, VA, MO.

The wage for this position is between $65,000 - $82,000.

The Role

Become a part of the innovative and dynamic Guidant Financial team as a remote Sales Operations Specialist! In this vital role, you will enhance our sales operations by managing data and generating insightful reports in Salesforce. You will lead team training on process improvements, support operational tasks, and ensure data accuracy and efficiency in sales processes. Success in this role requires in-depth knowledge of sales data and tools that improve our workflows.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Evaluate, monitor, and communicate key sales metrics to empower leadership in strategy development.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Identify training opportunities and manage weekly training sessions.
  • Collaborate to design and implement Salesforce reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity through audits and corrections.
  • Manage data structures, hierarchies, and permissions within Salesforce.
  • Support sales forecasting and strategic planning with data insights.
  • Train end-users on Salesforce reporting tools and best practices.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as workflow management and communication.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce architecture and tools.
  • Manage incentive programs and review sales contracts.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales operations or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment.
