The Job At-A-Glance

The Sales Enablement team seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to assist in structuring deals, analyzing sales data, and increasing sales productivity. Critical thinking, data analysis, and clear communication are essential for this role.

A Typical Day

  • Negotiate contracts with prospects, clients, and stakeholders
  • Coordinate project implementation with delivery teams
  • Interpret sales data and create dashboards for leadership
  • Maintain data integrity in Salesforce or other systems
  • Design process improvements and ensure Salesforce adoption
  • Act as liaison between Sales and other departments
  • Analyze RFPs, customer extensions, renewals, cancellations, and terminations
  • Report on pipeline and sales trends; evaluate performance against quotas
  • Provide ad hoc reports and presentations to sales leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
  • 2-3 years’ experience managing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Attention to detail, results-driven, customer-focused
  • Experience with RFP software, MS Word/Excel, Proposal Management Software
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of banking practices and software sales (preferred)
  • Ability to perform complex analyses and forecasts
  • Fluent in English, able to multi-task and prioritize

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
