Job summary

Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community, is hiring a Sales & Move-In Coordinator in Collingswood, NJ. The role offers $19.10–$21.48 per hour, full-time, with day shifts and rotating weekends.

You will respond to inquiries, maintain records, coordinate move-ins, and assist with marketing events, contributing to a supportive resident experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in sales or customer service in senior living.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families, providing information and coordinating follow-up with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect records, referral data, and sales activity reports within community systems.
• Partner with community team members to ensure a positive and seamless experience throughout the sales process.
• Assist with resident move-ins by coordinating paperwork, apartment readiness, scheduling, and communication with internal teams.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, outreach efforts, and promotional activities.
• Monitor inventory of marketing materials and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Stay current on community services, programs, and industry trends to effectively assist prospects, families, and referral sources.
