Position Overview:

Coke Florida is seeking a Sales Merchandising Supervisor based in Palm Beach, FL, focusing on the Jupiter, Lake Park, and Riviera Beach markets. The role is scheduled for Sunday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays off.

What You Will Do:

Supervise and direct daily activities of Sales Merchandisers, oversee order accuracy, and maintain merchandising standards within a designated area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead team huddles and conduct outlet visits
• Monitor sales volume and incentives
• Handle customer service tickets and delivery issues
• Manage technology devices and communicate with store managers
• Train and develop team members
• Recruit, onboard, and schedule staff
• Develop merchandising plans and manage budgets

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate mobile applications and manual/powered equipment
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher
• Sales/merchandising experience
• Leadership experience

Physical Demands:

• Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Standing and walking for up to 10 hours
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity
