Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Sales Service Representative in North Dakota to support strategic sales initiatives in your assigned region. You will implement the SmartStock program, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide merchandising and sales support to customers and vendors.

Your professionalism and customer focus drive business success. Responsibilities include maintaining call routines, optimizing in-store displays, handling plan-o-grams, and addressing customer needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising or sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed and specific call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Maintain and execute the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Attend to customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensure plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
• Find solutions to customer challenges with assistance.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
