Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, sales support, merchandising, or related roles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Familiarity with sales support tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand representation, pricing, and product displays in retail locations.
• Monitor merchandising standards and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
• Participate in shelf set coordination, including planning, implementation, and execution of product displays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shelf space and enhance customer experience.
• Periodically assist with covering sales territories during absences or vacancies.
• Ensure seamless continuity of sales activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and execution.
• Collaborate on joint initiatives to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
