Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Retail Merchandiser to manage beer displays across Boston-area retail accounts. You will set up shelves, rotate stock, and ensure planogram compliance while collaborating with the Sales Team. This role requires travel between stores, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
• Certified Cicerone preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs, and occasionally lift 30 lbs overhead.
• Ability to travel between retail accounts.

Responsibilities

• Put away beer orders at retail accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper inventory management.
• Set up displays, signage, and promotional materials in compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate out-of-stock or low-stock situations to the ASM.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe product displays.
• Assist with merchandising audits and reporting as requested by the ASM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff to support brand presence.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Represent the craft beer portfolio in retail accounts.
• Execute on-shelf strategies and maintain planogram compliance.
• Support retail partners with exceptional service.
• Work closely with the Sales Team and fellow Sales Merchandisers
