Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Providing administrative support to the sales team.
• Preparing marketing packets and renewal letters.
• Managing bid proposals and maintaining calendars.
• Updating CRM systems and contact databases.
• Creating branded templates and presentation materials.
• Assisting with graphic design projects for marketing collateral.

Connaissances

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva

Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
