ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley seeks a Marketing Specialist to manage day-to-day operations and assets, ensuring alignment with sales and customer service. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills and experience in managing creative assets and campaigns.

You will directly market to local agencies and adjusters, drive brand awareness, lead generation, and KPI reporting, while coordinating PR, social media, and compliant materials across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience with content development and website design.
• Understanding of markets and trends.
• Established media contacts.

Responsibilities

• Direct market to local insurance agencies/companies and area adjusters to develop brand awareness.
• Implement marketing campaigns for brand building and lead generation, aligning with overall company goals and sales targets.
• Help gather and analyze data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends.
• Assist with managing all platforms of social media and creative content.
• Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards, company announcements, and speaker proposals.
• Assist in overall monthly and campaign-level reporting of marketing KPI performance vs. goals.
• Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all marketing campaigns and materials are in compliance.
• Manage organization of strategy documents, creative assets, and meeting materials/agendas
