Blueprint, a Bellevue-based technology solutions firm, seeks a Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to structure and govern the sales CRM, ensure data quality, and provide visibility across planning and performance metrics. You will partner with sales, finance, and marketing to drive disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the day-to-day administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the sales CRM, including account, contact, activity, opportunity, pipeline, and forecast data.
• Define and maintain practical standards for opportunity stages, fields, next steps, close dates, probability, ownership, and closed-lost analysis.
• Run weekly pipeline and forecast processes, prepare leadership views, identify risks, and follow through with sellers on decisions and updates.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for pipeline coverage, stage movement, aging, conversion, sales cycle, bookings, revenue visibility, renewals, and attribution.
• Turn sales data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership on stalls, coverage gaps, forecast risk, or process changes.
• Support annual and quarterly planning including targets, account segmentation, ownership, capacity, and performance measurement.
• Coordinate account-planning and business-review cadences with documented action items and owners.
• Build and maintain repeatable workflows for opportunity intake, pursuit, proposal development, pricing approvals, SOWs, contracting, renewals, and delivery handoff.
• Partner with finance on bookings, revenue outlook, pricing inputs, margins, commissions, and CRM/financial data reconciliation.
• Partner with marketing on lead routing, campaign planning, and shared funnel definitions.
• Own marketing performance analysis and attribution across channels, programs, and audiences with actionable spend recommendations.
• Define and maintain attribution rules for marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, including first-touch and multi-touch credit.
• Maintain account and contact segmentation used for targeting, ABM, territory planning, and campaign measurement.
• Own the data behind the business development scorecard: metrics, sources, data consolidation, regular cadence, and CRM reconciliation.
