FORTH (Set Forth, LLC) is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead cross-functional teams, optimize operations, and align brand messaging with business strategy. The role emphasizes mentoring staff, controlling pipelines, and delivering executive-ready reporting.

Two days in the office weekly with flexibility for events; strong facilitation and client relationship skills are essential for growth and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in managing and mentoring cross-functional sales and marketing teams.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead tracking and pipeline management.
• Proven track record in monitoring KPIs, improving team efficiency, and driving revenue growth.

Mansioni

• Directly supervise and provide daily guidance to the Software Sales Specialist, Sales Administrator, Marketing Lead, and Marketing & Communications Specialist.
• Review daily tickets and voicemails to ensure team responsiveness and resolution.
• Monitor internal KPIs, including lead response times and conversion rates from demo to billing.
• Conduct weekly one-on-ones with the sales and marketing staff to review pipelines, assign tasks, and refine messaging.
• Support monthly revenue and pipeline reports for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Leads and Clients to ensure CRM documentation is created and maintained.
• Partner with HR and other Heads to ensure brand consistency and integrity in communications.
