D.R. Horton, Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Sales & Marketing Intern position that provides hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to multiple business functions within the homebuilding and financing sectors.

Interns participate in departmental rotations, project work, research, and reporting, with opportunities to observe jobsites and learn company policies and procedures in a dynamic, field-and-office environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college, entering junior/senior or recent grad.
• Pursuing a degree related to the internship area (business, marketing, real estate, communications).
• Demonstrated interest in careers within homebuilding, financial services, or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with department projects, research, reporting and administrative activities.
• Learn and apply departmental responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional departments to understand company operations and customer experience.
• Participate in trainings, rotations, and other learning opportunities to grow knowledge of the company and potential career paths.
• Explore future full-time opportunities within D.R. Horton after graduation.
