Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems as needed

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in the assigned department, division, or jobsite
• Assist with department projects, research, reporting, and administrative activities
• Learn and apply company policies, safety requirements, and SOPs
• Collaborate with team members across departments to understand business processes
• Participate in trainings, rotations, and other learning opportunities
• Explore career opportunities within D.R. Horton for future employment
• Conduct all business professionally and ethically
• Ability to travel as needed
• Ability to work overtime
