Job summary

Silver Birch Living in Peoria, IL, is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Director - Supportive Living to lead outreach, partnerships, and occupancy growth across our Illinois communities. You will craft innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive inquiries, tours, and move-ins, while strengthening referrals and community visibility.

You will build trusted relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals, educate families about affordable supportive living, and track

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales success in supportive living (preferred) or healthcare industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer service orientation and dedicated resident advocate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
