You will craft innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive inquiries, tours, and move-ins, while strengthening referrals and community visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales success in supportive living (preferred) or healthcare industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer service orientation and dedicated resident advocate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sales and marketing strategies that drive inquiries, tours, move-ins, and occupancy growth
• Build trusted relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, community organizations, prospective residents, and families
• Strengthen GateWay at River City’s visibility throughout Illinois
• Educate the community about affordable supportive living and help families understand their available options
• Identify new opportunities for outreach, partnerships, events, and lead generation
• Track sales activity, monitor results, and adjust strategies to achieve performance goals
