Silver Birch Living is expanding to Mason, Ohio, and seeks an Executive Director to lead the pre-opening and opening phases of Silver Birch of Mason, a brand-new affordable assisted living community for seniors. You will shape culture, recruit a high-performing team, and establish care standards in line with Ohio regulations.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care
Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
Proven success in occupancy growth and lease-up

Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All. We're looking for a dynamic Executive Director to lead this community through its pre-opening and opening phases. What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care
Licensed Ohio nursing home administrator (preferred)
Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
Proven success in lease-up and occupancy growth
Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
Entrepreneurial drive and passion for serving seniors
