Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager by managing daily priorities and follow-ups.
• Serve as a point of contact for realtors, lenders, and internal team members.
• Coordinate and track sales pipeline activity and opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM systems for relationship management.
• Coordinate meetings, broker opens, and client events.
• Assist with social media content and marketing materials using Canva.
