Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in Oklahoma City to support the Sales and Food & Beverage teams, coordinating events and bringing promotions to life across the hotel.

You will maintain social media presence, assist with proposals, client communications, and event documentation, while collaborating with multiple departments to create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute special Food & Beverage events across the hotel.
• Support Sales and Food & Beverage teams with administrative tasks (proposals, client files, event docs).
• Maintain the hotel’s social media presence by creating and scheduling posts.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and client communications to showcase the property.
• Help ensure events and promotions run smoothly and guest experiences are memorable.
