Job summary

You will monitor inventory, track leads and market values, and coordinate with local and remote teams to move watches through intake, authentication, listing, and fulfillment. The role offers flexible hours in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, operations, trading, or a fast-paced decision-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, ability to reach out and keep deals moving.
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple moving parts at once.
• Some photography or video shooting/editing experience for product content is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Monitor our pipeline of watch inventory—what’s coming in, what’s going out, and what needs attention.
• Track leads, deals, prices, and market values in real time to support fast, smart decision-making.
• Evaluate watch listings across marketplaces and make recommendations on what we should buy, trade, or pass on.
• Coordinate with our team (local and remote) to move watches smoothly through intake, authentication, listing, and fulfillment.
• Help with pricing strategy, negotiations, sourcing opportunities, and trading decisions.
• Communicate with potential sellers and buyers in a polished, professional way that reflects a high-end brand.
• Assist with product photos or simple video content—social clips, product shots, listing photos, etc.
