Job summary

Cardinale Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Manager in Peoria, IL to lead the sales team, build customer relationships, and drive profitability.

The role requires proven automotive sales leadership, strong communication, and a focus on training and mentoring staff. You will work on developing strategies, supervising daily activities, and negotiating vehicle options with customers.
