Supporting VC's & Founders | GTM search | USA & EMEA

Trident Search has an exciting opportunity with one of the fastest-growing cybersecurity startups in Europe, now expanding into North America. We are seeking revenue-generating candidates on the West Coast, USA.

As a Sales Manager for the West Coast region, you will play a crucial role in the company's growth into new territories. We are looking for someone with experience in cybersecurity sales who has managed the entire sales process from start to finish.

The Role

  1. Initiate conversations and build relationships with potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person events. Aim to engage with new prospects weekly to maintain at least 5x pipeline coverage.
  2. Collaborate with marketing to refine outbound messaging.
  3. Work with internal teams to develop strategies for pipeline growth within the US.
  4. Manage outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  5. Deep dive into accounts to identify decision-makers and champions, crafting personalized messages to resonate and qualify interest.
  6. Understand our clients’ solutions and value propositions. Engage with C-level executives, providing insights and positioning our solutions effectively.
  7. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and adopt a consultative approach to customer needs.
  8. Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas while upholding company values.

The Person

  1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in lead generation and sales of cybersecurity SaaS solutions.
  2. Proven ability in cold outreach and pipeline generation.
  3. Track record of hitting/exceeding sales quotas with low churn.
  4. Adaptability to real-time feedback.
  5. Strong relationships with sales enablement and operations teams.
  6. Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  7. Familiarity with MEDDPICC qualification framework.
  8. Experience in startup or low-support environments.
