Regional Sales Manager West - Industrial - Trojan

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within the assigned territory. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and manage strategic partner relationships within your territory.
• Achieve sales targets through effective opportunity management and CRM utilization.
• Manage and grow the sales funnel, ensuring consistent pipeline development.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or related science preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in direct and channel sales, or 3+ years in managing sales teams in industrial markets such as Chemicals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Food & Beverage, Power, or Water.
• Proven track record closing contracts over $1M for premium products in channel and direct sales.
• Ability to travel 50-70% within the Western US.

Preferred Qualifications

• Based near a major airport in the Western US.
• Experience with "Water as a Service" or mobile water filtration rentals.
