Job summary

InsuraTec, a remote-first insurer, is hiring Remote Sales Managers to lead a nationwide team from anywhere in the U.S.

You'll close deals, recruit and mentor reps, manage inbound leads, and drive performance through a 100% scripted process with a strong commission structure and growth to agency ownership. This role offers flexible schedule and remote autonomy while building a scalable sales organization.
