InsuraTec is seeking a Remote Sales Manager to lead a nationwide team from anywhere in the U.S. You will close deals using a 100% scripted process, manage inbound leads, and mentor reps to drive performance.

You’ll recruit and train new sales reps, track progress, and participate in leadership calls while earning commission-based compensation with monthly bonuses. The role offers flexible scheduling and a clear path to agency ownership through strong results.
