UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a Remote Sales Manager to lead a nationwide team from anywhere in the U.S. This full-time role offers a fully remote schedule, a scripted sales process, and inbound leads designed to drive growth.

As a leader you will close deals, recruit and mentor reps, and report on performance through regular leadership calls. If you thrive on coaching others and excel in a fast-paced, commission-based environment, this is your opportunity to grow into agency ownership.
