Uplisting is a fast-growing platform for short-term rental operators, and we are seeking an experienced player-coach in B2B SaaS sales to own new business and renewals from scratch. You will build an outbound engine and guide account executives to exceed targets and close deals.

The role is fully remote, based in the UK, with a budget for travel and team events. Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading teams, deep PMS or short-term rental industry knowledge, and HubSpot expertise.

Your Mission:

• Own New Business and Renewals, building an outbound engine from scratch.
• Coach every AE to hit their number and jump into deals when needed.

What We Offer:

• Salary £60k-£65k base with OTE £110k-£120k, plus pension and education stipend.
• Fully remote role based in the UK, with budget for travel and team events.
