Industrial Supply & Service, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager in the United States for Wisconsin-based operations. You will lead a team of outside and inside sales and service personnel to grow customer base and profitability, while managing hiring, inventory, and support processes.

Your focus will be on prospecting new business, maintaining relationships, and delivering proposals, product demos, and presentations. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of B2B sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 4+ years of B2B outside sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong sales skills and proven prospecting abilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Perform needs analyses, identify pressure points, and develop proposals and presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
• Aid in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and disciplining staff as needed.
• Create employee schedules and ensure responsibilities are fulfilled.
