CarMax is launching a Sales Manager Trainee program designed to groom future leaders through six to nine months of in-store learning and rotations. You’ll work with experienced managers to develop teams, drive customer experiences, and achieve strong sales results.

Formación

• Minimum of three years of management experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in a sales-driven environment with strong results.
• Ability to execute long- and short-term sales strategies.
• Skilled in developing action plans to drive team performance.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities.
• Motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and motivate a commissioned sales team to achieve strong results for your location.
• Collaborate with other sales managers to drive store performance and coach for continuous improvement.
• Create tailored development plans and recognize individual goals.
• Analyze sales performance metrics to meet targets.
• Identify opportunities and solve challenges to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Champion CarMax values and maintain a people-first culture.
• Ensure EH&S requirements for the department and location.
